Ingredients:

  • Juice of 1 lime

  • Juice of 1 lemon

  • 2 tablespoons raw apple cider vinegar (with the mother)

  • 1 teaspoon blackstrap molasses

  • 1 teaspoon raw honey

  • 2 liters of water

Optional add-ins:

  • Or a pinch of cayenne pepper (for circulation, detox activation, and that inner fire)
